I do think that if members have been wrongly and unjustly accussed that they should pursue the entire matter legally--I guess. I am learning as a Pastor, that church discipline does have its place just as employees are corrected in the secular arena (i.e. - pink slips, warnings, etc.) This is obviously a sensitive issue of which I am still learning about. All in all-if the church is going to pursue any kind of church discipline, then you have to 100% KNOW for a FACT that the person is in error.
